(More customer reviews)Finally, a yoga book that I can relate to. I am no longer a slender young woman with amazing flexibility. I've attended yoga classes that resulted in my feeling that yoga was not for me. Ms. Hirschl's Vital Yoga has proven me wrong. Anyone, of any age, can experience the benefits of yoga. This book proves it with pictures of people of different ages practicing the same pose while realizing that we all have different ranges of capability. It has also helped me understand the principles behind the practice, the history of the art, and why yoga can be a fantastic asset to anyone's life.
