(More customer reviews)Like many of my friends I have followed this expert's advice and books and gotten nothing but results; end of story. His programs work and make sense. Anyone can follow these programs. This book is more of the same.
I have lost weight, toned, and gotten FIT, plain and simple. The exercise regimens are easy to follow. Before I used heavy weight & machines along with years of aerobics that did nothing but bulk me up. You will want to do these routines because they produce visible results in a short time, so you will stick to them.
These programs can be implemented easily and are good for the non exerciser to the athlete, thin or overweight, he covers the gamut succinctly and logically. These are simple & sound approaches to eating well, exercising and living a healthy lifestyle; a nice concept to follow.
This author tells it like it is; quite refreshing.
Now I have a great shape that I am proud of.
