The traditional recommended posture actually strained my back somewhat, so I started researching different guitar supports. After getting the Dynarette, I knew this was the best decision for my body, and also for my playing. After spending some time with it, I settled on a particular placement that facilitates more comfortable and focused playing. It allows me to have a more physical connection with my instrument, where I can hold more of the back of the guitar against my torso.
I use the large Dynarette every time I play classical guitar, and I have found it to be a very ergonomic tool that takes pressure off your body and improves connectivity with your instrument. I recommend it highly.
