*All the important poses of Power Yoga are present. A book that feels complete. If you follow the book, you'll develop your flexibility, your balance, your strength, and your endurance. And your self-esteem, of course.
*The only bad stuff is some embarassingly ignorant and/or unscientific
information in the text. I almost choked reading on page 22 that everything we do or experience is stored in our DNA! If you do not know, do not speak! :|
