I teach Water Aerobics and P.E. Aquatic Methods courses at the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) and utilized it as a text for my Spring 2001 400 level P.E. classes, along with the more detailed version - "The Complete Reference Guide for Aquatic Fitness Professionals". It's a compact and convenient reference and educational guide. Years of professional experience and research shine bright!
