The Tuli Heel Cups give him relief and after a few weeks he is able to dispense with wearing them altogether, until they flare up again. It has been several years since the last time he wore them. He has tried the gel cups but they do not work like these do. He swears by the Tuli's Heel Cups and recommends them to anyone who endures the pain of heel spurs.
