(More customer reviews)I was unaware of how cold my hands get when I am sleeping - my doctor routinely recommends wearing these gloves at night for anyone with hand problems. I actually sleep much more soundly now. Cold hands are painful hands if you have arthritis... of course you are aware of that in the daytime, but maybe not when you are asleep, but if your hands are hurting you are not sleeping really deeply. I use these gloves other times too as I become aware that my hands are feeling too cold and this feels so much better.
I ordered the small as I have small hands and I do like them but I am now ordering the mediums too. The smalls feel too tight sometimes.You can turn them inside out for a little bigger or if the seams bother you.
