(More customer reviews)I gave it one star because I couldn't give anything lower. I've ordered this product before with no problems. However, my latest shipment arrived yesterday in a crumbled package and the bottle was only half-full. To add insult to injury, the product was completely spoiled. Just a VERY thick mess that I couldn't use and had to throw away down the drain (so thick that it took forever to drain).
