(More customer reviews)I ordered this product mostly for shoulder strengthening/rehabilitation, but of course with the added bonus of a light workout while watching TV. It was extremely easy to assemble...All you have to do is screw in the tension knob to your desired resistance level. It is also extremely light weight, making it ideal for travel or use in different rooms around the house.
My only real complaint is that the motion is not all that smooth, making it a bit difficult to maintain a steady pace and movement. It's more annoying than anything, but does cause some problems when trying to work with my shoulder.
Overall, I'd recommend this equipment...But with the stipulation that it's not really for the serious exerciser or someone looking for a physical therapy assist. It's more useful for burning a few calories here and there...Such as when you're stuck at your desk or hanging out in front of the TV for long hours.
