I have a torn meniscus in my knee which is frustrating all itself, but I walk 2+ miles a day to and from work and I'm also a runner so I have to deal with the pain quite often. I apply this cream whenever my knee starts hurting. It feels better within minutes and is completely gone in an hour or 2. I also apply it before and after I go running. I wouldn't be able to keep training without it.
