(More customer reviews)I have more shoulder problems than I care to mention so I was very happy when I saw an inexpensive wrap designed specifically for the shoulder. I'm thrilled that the design keeps the hot/cold pack in place, but the pack (and pocket it fits into) are awfully small. Of only they had used an eight, ten or twelve inch pack, it would be fantastic. As it is though, it's better than struggling to keep a regular pack in place.
