(More customer reviews)I bought these for my wife in anticipation of our flight from San Francisco to Paris when she was 5 months pregnant. It turns out that she loved them so much that she wore them for much of her pregnancy to avoid swelling in her lower legs. While they don't eliminate swelling, they definitely help especially when worn right after getting up in the morning. These socks were recommended by her doctor and we thought they were great.
