(More customer reviews)I bought the replacement wraps for the shoulder sling and have been using them as regular ice packs. They get plenty cold, stay cold for a fair amount of time, and cover a good amount of space for the money. I've actually been using them both at once to cover a large portion of my back and they've been working great.
