I had a problem with my first unit.It was hard to switch between the different settings so I called the company, they gave me an address to send it in.I was a little skeptical but had NO reason to worry! They shipped me out a Brand New unit in no time with a case that I did not have before and I have not had a minutes trouble with it since! GREAT product, GREAT company! I LOVE my Dr.Ho!! Best money I have ever spent! Luann
