(More customer reviews)I had taken glucosamine/chondroitin capsules previously and wasn't sure if they really helped or not. I decided to try again with the liquid form. Since the statement on the bottle says it takes 3-4 weeks to show the effects, I decided to test its effectiveness by not doing any of my special exercises or anything else that might also be helping (such as taking arthritis Tylenol, etc.) for that same period of time. After 3 weeks I felt a dramatic decrease in my knee pain and I felt much less achy all over. So I have continued to order the Flexicose and take it each day. (One note: the taste is not great--I compare it to prune juice. I always follow it quickly with a swig of water.) It doesn't take away all the pain, so I sometimes use some Tylenol arthritis caplets in addition, but I do believe it is helping me!
