(More customer reviews)I purchased this strap after using one in physical therapy. The loops all along the strap enable me to tailor the length needed for various stretches precisely, without having to wind excess around my hands.
If you have little strength in your hands for gripping, then I definitely recommend this strap! I can place my hands into the chosen loops and allow my wrists and arms to do the actual pulling for those longer stretches.
