(More customer reviews)the product is as described. I use it as a heat pack for my neck and shoulders. It takes less than 2 minutes to warm up in the micro and works. The filling seems to be flax seeds, by the smell, but it isn't an overpowering smell, kind of nice. There is cross stitching to keep the seeds from bunching up in any one area. My only complaint is that it isn't very thick/there aren't a lot of seeds, but it does seem sufficient and works well.
