(More customer reviews)I run but have been suffering from knee problems for over a decade. I bought this to provide both compression and stabilization to my knee during and after runs. The material is thinner than can be found in other knee braces. This makes it more comfortable than others but it lacks in actual compression. When I tried to run with it on, I had to constantly pull it back up as fell often.
I have problems with my patella tendon. I recently purchased a patella strap and it works amazingly! After long runs, I use a compression sleeve for recovery.
