(More customer reviews)Besides PT and CPM, this is the reason my ACL replacement is healing properly. I have been using the Cryo/Cuff IC 5-6 times/day from 20-60 min periods and it just keeps the swelling down to where there is no more swelling till I start working my ACL. Instead of ice, I bought a 12 pack of 10oz water bottles from the supermarket and three bottles fit perfectly in the cooler. I keep another three in the freezer and rotate, I am still using the original 6 bottles. The electric pump initially pumps water for the first minute and then stop and starts every 30 sec, no need to raise above and below your head, just plug it in an go. If you are using ice, there is a fill line for water and then add the ice to the ice fill line, that's it. The design is simple but very effective. I can't see how anyone would not use this device as part of their ACL therapy, this is too easy.
