(More customer reviews)On the hunt for a replacement cervical pillow, we decided to try this one since it was memory foam. (we have other memory foam products, with which we are very pleased) Sadly, this one is still too firm for my husband's neck but again, this is so subjective. This pillow is also very short (12"), which was an attribute for us for travel and home. Unfortunately, we returned it because the firmness issue. It has a dark blue, soft cover with a textured pattern. It is attractive. According to other reviewers, the cover is removable (I don't recall confirming that and now it's been returned).
