(More customer reviews)The spacing between the upper and lower band is fixed, meaning that there is a high chance that it will not fit one's patella. If the gap is too wide, it will not guide the patella. If it is too narrow, it will compress it into the joint, worsening the problem. I would suggest buying a separate patella strap and iliotibial band brace. Then you can adjust the spacing to the knee's dimensions for a couple of dollars more.
