(More customer reviews)I have had DVT five or six times and have had countless ulcers. I need to prop my legs up above my heart as often as possible, but it's been difficult to find just the right pillow - my legs fall off easily when I go to sleep, or I kick the pillow away in my sleep.
I bought the 6-inch model for sleeping, and the 8-inch model for daytime use. The 6-incher is comfy enough for me to sleep for at least a few hours with it (it actually helps me fall asleep). And the 8-incher gives me instant relief after I've been on my feet a lot.
