About the knee support:
Enough support (medium) to get thru the day. Comfortable enough to wear to bed. I don't understand how far infrared works, all i know is my aging knee, often stiff and painful due to teenage injury and years of running,
feels so much better when i use this support.
fyi, here's the sizing chart:
For correct sizing, measure 4" above the center of the kneecap. If your measurement borders two sizes, select the next larger size.
Sizing Chart Size Thigh Size
Small 11 in - 13 in
Medium 13 in - 15 in
Large 15 in - 17 in
X-Large 17 in - 20 in
definitely size up if you're on the cusp. i'm 16" and the large is very snug but not uncomfortable. if my thigh was 17" i would definitely order xl.
