(More customer reviews)I know I need to take care of my knees and should be icing regularly. I play roller derby, but was a figure skater when I was younger and have recurring issues with them. I want to keep them in shape to keep skating, so it is important for me to ice. But I was never taking care of this because it was such a pain to hold the ice on. The Pro Ice wrap makes it super easy. I think it's great you can get refill ice even though I haven't needed it yet. I shopped around the internet and ended up purchasing on Amazon for the best price.
