(More customer reviews)This is the greatest invention since sliced bread. I had foot surgery and have not been able to do any weight bearing for 5 weeks. It is so handy and you can move without fear of falling off your crutches. It steers very well. My only drawback is that the leg your knee goes on does not lower very much. I'm 5'6" and my feet touch the ground just fine, flat-footed, my daughter who is 5'4" has to tippy toe in order to reach the ground. Buying this unit was cheaper than renting one for the time that I needed it.
