(More customer reviews)For years I have used other devices requiring ice in a bag or a combination of a wrap with a gel interior bag. I somehow stumbled on this device and am convinced it is the easiest and most efficient to use. I had zero concerns wearing my former wraps in public. But with this wrap, you do have the benefit of hiding the wrap under long pants as long as they are not tight jeans. Twenty minutes in and your done. If there is one negative it is very cold, but not freezing.
I can't recommend this device higher. No prep, step in the house and wrap up for twenty minutes. I use this at least four times a week and now am set for a decade without worry of going to another device. On another note, the previous reviewer recommended upsizing based on swelling after surgery. Since my use is only to ice after physical activity swelling is not my issue. But at a waist of 35 inches most items I buy are large. For this device, I had to send back for a medium. Take measurements and follow their recommendations.
