I purchased two. I find they do relieve the pressure in my knees but the edges of the velcro strap are sharp and dig into the skin (the foam rubber pad is not long nor wide enough to help relieve this situation).As a result I have to place a soft piece of material around my knee area under Kneeit to stop the strap from digging into my leg.
