Although I wish I could find a cheap knee brace where the cold pack was actually built into the brace more securely - this works well.
It has two cold packs in it that velcro in and out - I put mine in the refrigerator instead of the freezer, because I don't want to have to put anything between the brace and me knee.
I use these pretty much 5 times a week after hard work outs and it significantly reduces any kind of knee troubles I have been having.
If you are looking for a solution I would try this one out.
