(More customer reviews)I got this knee brace at the recommendation of a chiropractor. I wore it when driving, standing and walking for a couple weeks. Then I went on a seven day backpacking trip and wore it all day. Stretching and wearing the brace helped the ligament issue that's plagued me for almost nine months.
The only drawback is that the stitching at the top of the steel stays came undone and the end of the bar extends past where it should. The stitching is the weak point on the brace. The four ends of the bars need a sleeve or much heavier stitching.
