(More customer reviews)I've spent a fortune over the years using Thermacare, first for monthly-type pain (miraculous!) then more recently for back pain.
Recently, I've experienced fairly painful tendonitis (Golfer's elbow) in my right arm, and was happy to come across these Knee & Elbow thermacare. They didn't seem to get as warm as what I would usually feel on my back, but even the small amount of warmth seemed to help. After the 3rd consequtive day of use, I was surprised by a heat blister and some red welts on my inner arm... they are still there even days later.
I searched the internet, and found several warnings about checking often for burns and blisters when using Thermacare.
I will still use the Neck and Back thermacare for back pain, but will no longer use it on my elbow.
