(More customer reviews)I bought this knee brace to use while I train for a half marathon. I was starting to have some grinding and shifting in my knee. I talked to my boss (who is a chiropractor), and he told me it was my kneecap shifting, and I should do strengthening exercises, and wear a knee support that stabilizes the kneecap while I'm running. I read reviews online, and thought this one would be good, because of the adjustable butress around the patella. I measured my thigh and calf as instructed on the manufacturer website, and placed my order. It came when it was supposed to, I put it on, and it offered NO support what-so-ever for the patella. I'm not sure if I ordered a size too big or what, but it was really loose around my kneecap and had to wear another knee support under this one to get any kind of stabilization. I do like the length of this brace and the adjustable straps around the it, it didn't slip at all while I was wearing it. This brace just didn't offer the support I needed specifically for patellar subluxations.
