(More customer reviews)I wear it while running for a minor knee problem...a little pain, not really a stability issue. I run pain-free while wearing it. Very confortable. A little large and bulky for some applications, e.g. I don't wear it skiing because it's length and bulk interfere with base layer and sock. Stays in place. Comes out of the washer/dryer in fine shape (wash cold, dry LOW or air dry only!) even though instructions say to hand wash.
