(More customer reviews)I bought this knee sleeve for my daughter to run in (cross country). I measured her leg around her knee (11") and ordered a large (should fit 10-12"). She found it rather loose and it looks that way to me as well. Another reviewer thought the item ran small though. Anyway, with it being loose it is hard to say how well it supports. My daughter found that the ace bandage we were using felt more supportive than the knee sleeve since it was snugger. For the right fit it's probably fine; make sure you measure your child's leg and, like I said, the 10-12" large was a little loose on a leg just under 11". Hope that helps.
