(More customer reviews)I got these straps because I thought they fit my needs better than the "heavy duty" ones, which are described in a way that makes you think they are for big-time power lifters only. I was wrong. I may not be that hard-core, but these are inadequate for doing heavy squats. If you are at all serious about lifting, get the thicker straps with the red stripe. They are probably not as beafy as you might think.
