(More customer reviews)I found the Mueller Jumper's Knee Strap exactly as described. It goes around your knee, right below your kneecap over your patellar tendon. The velcro makes it easy to adjust and apply, and it puts just the right amount of pressure on the tendon. Simple.
I suspect this thing will work best for people that have knee problems where there is some tendonitis in their knee, and perhaps where the kneecap is going out of place (the strap pushes down on the tendon which seems like it would hold the kneecap down more firmly). Other helpful knee products I liked include Treat Your Own Knee Arthritis.
