(More customer reviews)This is my first time with a cast, and I wasn't quite sure how to keep it dry for daily showering - the whole bread-bag-and-rubber-band thing seemed kind of unreliable, though more frugal.
These cast protectors have worked perfectly for a short-arm cast. I can pull them on by myself, shower, towel dry it while still on my arm, then gently pull it off to dry for another use. It seems like each cover will last 5-7 careful uses.
For reference,my arm is a thin woman's forearm, and the plastic seems to stretch to fit; I think you could stretch or cut it (with help) to fit a thicker arm.
