The temperature is controlled between the safe maximum heating and cooling limits (40F to 105F) so there is no risk of cold or heat burns. You can also leave it on for hours and have a much faster recovery. The company now offers custom bottles you can fill with water and freeze to reduce the amount of ice you need to operate the cold side of the therapy. There are therapy wraps that work with the system which cover all points of the body for treatment. There is also a line of product for horses and custom pads that work with a line of back braces.
