I have often suffered from neck pain, and although this product alone isn't enough to fix it, this product along with some Advil provides great relief. I work at a desk all day, and I have never had a problem with the adhesive falling off or giving me a rash, but if you do have problems with the adhesive, I would recommend you try the back wrap, as there is no adhesive, but a velcro wrap involved.
