(More customer reviews)After physical therapy on my knees, my therapist uses these wraps. The other day she used one of this brand on one knee and another brand on the other knee; I could certainly feel the difference. These get colder than the other brands and the gel packs are in the right position to wrap around the sides your kneecap. I plan to buy 2 =)
