(More customer reviews)I ordered many, many sizes larger than I wear so I could trim them down and make sure they cover my arch support but they show up super narrow, there is no way they are the size they claim to be, they are too small for me to use; and if they are really lambswool, I guess I have to take their word for it because it's loosely woven into a fabric that's glued onto the cushioned base, it's not shearling. They've shedded all over the place even though I've barely had them out of the package for a minute before I put them back. There is nothing they could have done to make this product more disappointing.
