(More customer reviews)This truly is a great little book. I've bought other books on medicine ball training but this one has the best photos (color) and simple, easy to follow directions. It seems to be written for both beginners and the more advanced, depending on the exercise chosen. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to add medicine ball training to their routine.
