(More customer reviews)I got this book for my sister when she announced her engagement. I must admit it was half as a joke since she is now in her 30s and not in the best of shape and never before married. Well, all I can say is WOW. This book works. In the two months since I saw her, I could not believe the transformation. So much so that I'm getting a copy of this book now for my wife AND ME.I might not be the one getting married, but I want to look good when I walk my sister down the aisle.
