(More customer reviews)I find this book recommendable for both beginners and advance practitioners with or without any practical experience in Tai chi, Chi Kung ,etc. There is a wide selection of methods and techniques to choose from.
The book gives a short description of the history of the various Methods and Techniques and informs the reader on the pupose of the exercises in enhancing health or as a preventive measure against certain ailments. The Illustrations are very clear, the presentation is well structured and the instructions are so simple and easy to follow. I really enjoy this book.
