Yes, I do Chair Yoga at my local YMCA with the Silver Sneaker program.
I got the book when it first came out.
I now also do it in the evening about 7:00pm at home in my Dinning room the quitiest room and darkest room in my home. Sometimes I put on some relaxing music like Body & Soul relaxing moods or Body & Soul deep relaxation music.
Or I do it without music.
I put the book in front of me so as I can turn the pages do the yoga moves.
Since I have been doing this I have found that I no longer need my sleeping pills to go to sleep at night.
With doing the yoga at night it has helped calm me totally relax me so as can get plently of rest and sleep.
I have been doing it about 6 weeks now. I haven't had to take sleeping pills for about 10 days now.
I have and do truely enjoy the book along with my classes at my local YMCA with and thru the silver sneaker program...
You really should get the book and try it and see for yourself.
It really has helped me.
