(More customer reviews)This is the most convenient cold-pack I've found yet. I like the two sides--one smooth, one cloth--so I can use it on my knee with shorts or long pants. The strap is long enough and the velcro is set up to work in either direction. Perfect for forearm tendinitis or a bruised foot, too. For knees, I recommend two so you can wrap one top and bottom. I tried their bigger pad, the one they advertise for backs, but it doesn't come with the velcro strap and isn't as flexible. So buy two.
