(More customer reviews)The light-weight foam collapses from the weight of my top leg from 3.25" to around an 1" (i am 6' 175) so that the space is no longer optimal. The velcro strap can accommodate a "knee" in up to a 26" in circumference so when you adjust it for a normal knee there is lots of strap flapping about and very little velcro fastener overlap.
I've gone back to a pillow.
