(More customer reviews)I have had several of these products, for shoulders, feet, etc. This
is the first one for the knee. For some reason, it does not get
cold like the other models. I do not know if it is defective or
merely that they do not have enough of the gel in this particular
design. The others work quite well. I have had to use the
foot one for the knee. The idea, however, is quite good and
"icing" the joint is certainly helpful.
