(More customer reviews)Recently I was diagnosed with herniated discs in my back and the doctor recommended that I sleep with my knees raised a little while on my back to stimulate the spine neutral position. I experimented with regular pillows but they squashed down easily providing less and less support through the night.
Thanks to Amazon, I was able to find several alternatives, including the one I finally chose - the Hermell Knee Wedge Cushion. The product arrived on time and was packed suitably. I have used it since it arrived a few weeks ago and have to report that it has made it much easier to get a good night's rest. The cushion is firm enough that the knees stay up rather than flop to the sides. I wish there was a sightly bigger size to accommodate my long legs, but the tallest model they had works well enough for now. I plan to continue using it even after I fully recover from my back problem.
