(More customer reviews)I am a side sleeper and I got this product to alleviate morning back pain. This product was initially firm enough to keep distance between my knees when sleeping on my side, and so my back pain was relieved - at first. After less than a week of use, however, it lost its support and my knees ended up touching anyway. So now my back is hurting again. I problem won't return it, though, since the shipping (both outbound and return) would probably end up costing as much as the product.
