(More customer reviews)I picked this up for the shoulder pain that occasionally plagues my husband from an old snowboarding injury, but have also been using it myself for pulled muscles. The tape format is really easy to use; you don't even need scissors to tear off the perfect size piece of tape for an area. Each of the two packages also comes with two small metal clips (the kind that come with wraps) so you can use the tape on trickier body parts that move more.
It also stays on really well, and the heating action lasts for several hours. I've been putting the tape on in the evening, and it's still adhered to my skin when I wake up.
The scent of the Icy Hot roll also isn't to overpowering. We had used patches in the past from a different company that were so strong that I could smell them on my husband from the next room. While the Icy Hot ones are strong, you could wear them to work and just give off a slight scent.
These feel really nice on, and definitely help work out the tension in any pulled or sore muscles. I think I was practically purring with pleasure the first time I put a strip on since it felt so good on a pulled back muscle.
Overall, I really like these, and the two-pack is a great bargain.
